Arkraft Technica designs its products with privacy-by-design principles. Data handling differs by product architecture and intended use.
TARK (Enterprise Communication Platform)
TARK is a corporate communication platform offered strictly on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis. Access is limited to organizations and their authorized users.
Arkraft Technica does not monitor message content or internal user activity within TARK. Communication data and user-generated content are stored and controlled on the client’s own servers or designated infrastructure.
We may process limited administrative information such as client identity, service subscriptions, billing records, and aggregate user counts solely for service provisioning, licensing, and support.
Qwerty Chat (Peer-to-Peer Bluetooth Messaging)
Qwerty Chat is a free-to-use peer-to-peer communication application that operates using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). It is designed for anonymous, device-to-device communication without centralized servers.
Arkraft Technica does not collect, store, transmit, or monitor user messages, contacts, or usage activity within Qwerty Chat. All data remains locally on users’ devices.
Due to its decentralized and offline-capable design, Arkraft Technica has no technical ability to access, recover, or moderate communications conducted through Qwerty Chat.

Arkraft Technica does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data is processed only where operationally necessary or legally required.
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied to protect systems under our control. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
