These Terms of Service govern access to and use of products and services provided by Arkraft Technica, including TARK and Qwerty Chat. By using our website, applications, or services, you agree to these Terms.
Overview of Our Products
Arkraft Technica provides software products with different technical architectures and intended use cases. Data handling, responsibilities, and limitations vary by product.
TARK
TARK is an enterprise communication platform offered on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis and is intended exclusively for organizations and their authorized users.
Arkraft Technica does not monitor message content or internal user activity within TARK. Communication data and content are stored and controlled on infrastructure designated by the client organization.
Arkraft Technica may process limited administrative information such as client identity, subscription details, billing records, and aggregate user counts solely for service delivery and support.
Qwerty Chat
Qwerty Chat is a free-to-use, peer-to-peer messaging application that enables nearby users to communicate using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology.
Qwerty Chat does not use centralized servers, user accounts, or cloud storage. Messages and related data are stored locally on users’ devices. Arkraft Technica does not collect, access, store, or monitor communications conducted through Qwerty Chat.
Due to its decentralized design, Arkraft Technica has no technical ability to moderate, recover, or control user communications within Qwerty Chat.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Arkraft Technica products in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your use of the products and for any content you generate or transmit.
Open-Source Software
Our products incorporate open-source software components licensed under their respective licenses. Use of those components is governed by the applicable open-source terms.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Arkraft Technica makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, message delivery, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkraft Technica shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
Intended Use
Our products are not specifically designed for use by children, and Arkraft Technica does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
